Sam Goldberg, CFP®, CIMA®, RICP®

Growing up, Sam saw firsthand how the absence of thoughtful financial planning can affect a family’s future. That experience, paired with his longtime interest in personal finance, inspired him to build a career centered on helping retirees and pre-retirees work toward a more comfortable retirement.

Before moving into the finance industry, Sam graduated from Rabbinical College in New York with a bachelor’s degree in rabbinical studies. From there, he began his career in financial services at Northwestern Mutual and completed executive education in investment management theory and practice through the Yale School of Management. He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Investment Management Analyst and Retirement Income Certified Professional designations.

Originally from Seattle, Sam lives in Los Angeles and is an active member of Young Jewish Professionals Los Angeles (YJP LA). Outside of the office, he enjoys watching football, spending time in nature and being with his family, including his two daughters and son.
