Suzan has worked alongside her husband, Tom, for the past 25-plus years. She currently oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and has helped to implement many of the systems that keep the office running smoothly. She also handles human resources for the firm.
Through the years, Suzan has worn a number of hats for Mosley Insurance and Financial Services. She has served as the company’s receptionist, assisted in marketing, onboarded new clients and processed new business. She was especially fond of her role as receptionist because she enjoyed meeting new clients and fostering new relationships.
In Suzan’s early professional years, she worked in the lending industry as a loan auditor, funder, processor and underwriter. The skills she acquired in that industry assisted her transition into the financial services field.
As someone who cherishes family, Suzan views clients of Mosley Insurance and Financial Services as extended members of her family. She wants anyone who walks through the doors to feel at home and at ease with every team member they encounter, and she wants them to know that the firm understands they have worked hard their entire lives to save for retirement and takes seriously the responsibility of helping them navigate through this memorable time.
Suzan loves the team she has the pleasure of working with every day. They come to work with great attitudes and ideas for improving both the firm and the lives of clients. The team is a family of people that come from different walks of life. They work hard together for the common goal of giving our clients the best possible service we can give, have fun together and genuinely care about each other.
For the past 26 years, Suzan and Tom have lived in Placentia, California. They have five children, eight grandchildren and two dogs.
In her spare time, Suzan enjoys reading, hiking and traveling, but most of all she enjoys spending time with her family. Suzan works in the office Monday through Thursday and takes care of her two youngest grandkids, Colette and Meryn, on Fridays. Suzan and the girls can be found going to the park; swimming; playing family, ice cream shop and beauty salon; building forts in the living room or doing whatever their hearts desire.
