Diana’s friendly voice is the one on the other side of the phone who makes sure current clients, and prospects are being taken care of and not slipping through the cracks. Some of her daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, reminder calls for visits, and staying in communication with prospect leads from past seminars, classes, workshops, TV, and radio shows.
Prior to joining Mosley, Diana worked in both retail and customer service. She is bilingual and a proven problem solver and multitasker. Diana lives in Downey, California, with her boyfriend. When she isn’t assisting clients, she enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family – including her parents and brother – and trying new things and seeking new adventures.
