For more than a quarter century, Tom has helped retirees and those nearing retirement preserve their principal so they can experience the retirement they always envisioned. He focuses on conservative financial strategies that provide the potential for weaIth accumulation and help protect retirement assets from market volatility.
“When we implement a plan for someone and they realize they do have the assets and the plan in place to go enjoy their retirement years, that’s the single-most rewarding aspect of this business,” Tom says.
After spending 19 years in the ministry, Tom founded Mosley Insurance and Financial Services in 1995. He has helped many employees from Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo, Disney, Raytheon and Edison make informed decisions about their 401(k)s, pension plans and Social Security benefits after they retired or changed jobs.
Tom earned a master’s in business administration with a major in finance from Pepperdine University as well as a master’s in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has passed the Series 65 securities exam, is a registered Investment Adviser Representative and a licensed insurance professional.
Tom and his wife, Suzan, live in Placentia in Orange County and are blessed with five highly successful children — Amanda, Andrea, Rachael, Travis and Mackenzie — and eight adorable grandchildren. Tom says one of his favorite hobbies is “sneaking sugar of all kinds” to his grandkids.
An avid sports fan who loves to watch Los Angeles’ local teams, particularly the Dodgers, Tom coached Little League, NJB basketball, JUSA Soccer and Pop Warner football for many years. He also was formerly associated with the Odessa (Texas) Permian Panthers Mojo football team, which inspired the “Friday Night Lights” book, movie and television series. Tom’s other hobbies include traveling and spending time with his family.
